Rev. Preston Fields, Campus Pastor and Executive Director
Pastor Preston Fields is originally from East Tennessee. He holds a BA in Religion and International Studies from Maryville College, an MDiv from Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, and an MSSW from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He was ordained in 2018. Before seminary, he served as Director of Community Engagement at Maryville College, and from 2018 to 2025, he was Pastor of Salem Lutheran Church in Sycamore, Illinois. He has been a writer and contributor to Augsburg Fortress and ELCA Worship materials. He is married to Dr. Wesley Lyons, DVM, and they have a son, Neyland.

Brittany Crawford, Administrator
Brittany holds a BA in Religion and Philosophy from Pfeiffer University, an MA in Religion and Gender Studies from Yale Divinity School, and an MA in Leadership and Ministry from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. Previously, she worked in higher education, non-profit, and congregational settings. Raised in Eastern North Carolina, she has lived in Madison since 2014.

Board of Directors
The Lutheran Campus Ministry board meets monthly to oversee the work of LCM, support students and pastors, envision the long-term work of LCM, and help raise awareness of the mission and ministry of LCM in the South Central Synod of Wisconsin. Approved minutes are available online.
